Investment Strategy

Centauri adopts an investment strategy formulated from our proprietary combination of Market Viability, Development Feasibility, and Financial Profitability.

We allocate the Fund’s capital as Land Acquisition Debt and Construction Debt to development projects that go through a rigorous evaluation process prior to funding.

This evaluation process includes a Market Viability assessment that ensures that the project is in fast growing areas or areas that are in the path of growth where supply and demand fundamentals are verified. Another key element of our evaluation process is ensuring Development Feasibility of the development site.

We accomplished this through a thorough engineering assessment of the site that includes confirmation of the availability of water, traffic impact studies, environment studies, geo-technical studies, etc…The third, and very critical element of our evaluation process is the Financial Profitability assessment to ensure a strong return on investment with buffers in place to cushion against deviations from assumptions.
