David Teo

David Teo is the CEO of Centauri Capital Group, where he is responsible for the overall Strategic Development of the firm, along with Investment Management and International Investor expansion. David is also Partner at Red Oak Development Group.
In addition to serving in Red Oak Development Group, David runs Merlion Investments, his commercial real estate investment firm, with a portfolio of invested assets of over $400M in asset value. David’s experience spans various asset classes including Multifamily Class A, B, and C assets, Medical Office Buildings, Residential Infill Condo Development, and Land Development.
David has a background in managing marketing, product management, and strategy in the tech industry prior to launching his real estate investment business.

Tom Staub
Partner, Centauri Capital Group
Tom Staub is the Founder and CEO of Red Oak Development Group. Tom oversees the underwriting of projects, financial planning, debt and equity strategy, company growth and mission, and is focused on the viability of projects, partnerships, and investor relations.
Tom’s background started at Morgan Stanley, then corporate finance, later moving into finance and strategy for two separate unicorn tech companies at which he was responsible for product monetization and enterprise deal strategies. Starting in 2010, Tom has been a lead sponsor in a variety of real estate projects and partnerships from flips, Multifamily syndications in Alabama, Indiana, and Ohio and launched the land.
